‘Palms sweat … heart racing … pounding in the chest, feeling the anxiety and discomfort inside, negative thoughts going round in your head – ‘Help, I don’t like this – How do I get out of it’ –

Filled with doubt … feeling totally uncomfortable and uneasy in this situation – and all you want is to just shrink into yourself or disappear – or be anywhere else apart from in this situation’

That’s how one of my clients described how their confidence affected them (thank you for allowing me to use it)

For other confidence coaching clients I see, lack of confidence actually keeps them away from situations they feel uncomfortable and unconfident in – meaning that they feel trapped … They want to do something … But all they can hear in their heads are things like ‘You’re not good enough’ or ‘You’ll look stupid’ or ‘You can’t do that … something will go wrong – you’ll embarrass yourself’

Because of their lack of confidence sadly many people are living life small …

So something must have happened to you, something that you thought – or felt – or experienced must have put your lack of confidence there … and it just built up to how you feel now – So that means that you can undo it – You can become confident and get those feelings of certainty and self-assurance – and with me by your side – you don’t have to do it alone!
